Malayinkeezhu Police Station was opened on 29-05-1968 as per G.O No-827/68 Home dtd-29-05-1968. This police station comes under the Nedumangadu Sub Division in Kattakada Circle. The station is adjacent to Thiruvananthapuram City. The station building is situated in Survey No-80/5 of Marukil Village, 300 meter east of Malayinkeezhu Junction on the southern side of Kattakada-Thiruvananthapuram public road at Neyyattinkara Thaluk. Area under this station is Marukil Village, Maranalloor Village and Vilappil Village. A New building is opened on 20-08-1988 is in Survey No- (Re.Survey No-187/15) and area is 42.60 Ar in block No-VII. As per the order no-G O (MS ) 27/94 Home dtd-24-02-1994 the police station came under the jurisdiction of Kattakkada Circle.

Jurisdiction details: The jurisdiction of Malayinkeezhu Police station extends to the revenue villages of Malayinkeezhu and Vilavoorkal which are in Malayinkeezhu Panchayath and Vilavoorkal Panchayath
