Kadinamkulam Police Station is situated on the Shore of Kadinamkulam Lake. It has a long coastal area from St. Andrews to Muthalappozhy harbour. As per GO (Rt) No. 551/82/Home the station was inaugurated on 10-2-1980 in a private building No. IV/378 situated in survey No. 39 A of Kadinamkulam Village. This police station shifted to newly constructed Government building IV/652 situates in survey No.742 of Kadinamkulam village and was opened by the then chief minister of Kerala state on 03-03-1982. The jurisdiction of Kadinamkulam Police station has been included from the local areas of Chiraynkeezh, Mangalapuram, and Kazhakkuttom Police Stations.
